The pattern over New Jersey stays quiet through the middle of the week. The station's live feed late Saturday read 46.7 degrees and mainly clear, on the way to a Sunday low near 38 and a dry Sunday high of 62. Monday warms to the mid-60s with only a 2 percent precipitation chance in the feed.

Election Day itself is dry in the feed: a high near 66 on Tuesday with no precipitation expected, and lows in the low 50s - mild for voters heading to the polls between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Wednesday is the warmest day of the week at about 70 degrees, still dry.

The change arrives at the end of the week. The feed raises Thursday's rain chance to 36 percent, then puts Friday at 52 percent with light rain and Saturday at 50 percent with rain showers, on highs in the low to mid-60s. Anyone with outdoor work or travel late in the week should plan for the wet turn after Wednesday.
