Burlington County Voters: Check Your Polling Place — Locations Changed in 12 Towns for Election Day (New Jersey Garden News)

Burlington County voters planning to vote in person on Election Day should check where they are going before Tuesday. The Burlington County Board of Elections says polling places are expected to be busy, and that voting districts or polling locations have changed in twelve communities: Bordentown Township, Burlington Township, Eastampton, Evesham, Lumberton, Moorestown, North Hanover, Pemberton Township, Tabernacle, Westampton, Burlington City and Willingboro. Voters in those towns should check their sample ballot for their specific location, the board says, and any voter can look up an assigned polling place through the state's polling-place search.

On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, Burlington County polls open at 6 a.m. and close at 8 p.m., and a voter in line by 8 p.m. can still cast a ballot. The board encourages voters to bring their sample ballots for an easier check-in. Early voting in the county, as across New Jersey, remains available through Sunday, November 1.

Mail ballots have their own rules. A completed vote-by-mail ballot must be placed in a drop box or delivered to the Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on November 3, and a ballot returned by mail must be postmarked no later than November 3. A voter who received or requested a mail ballot can vote at a polling place only with a provisional ballot. Voters who need accessibility accommodations can call the Board of Elections at 609-265-5557, and the county elections hotline is 609-265-VOTE. Voters who cast a ballot in person will receive an 'I Voted' sticker on the way out.
